Shinobu Koiwa
President of Shindofuji Ireland
Organises intercultural events between Ireland and Japan. Carried out Silent Film Live Show in UK and Ireland. One of the shows in Ireland was taken place as one of the endorsement of events for 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Ireland.
Obtained Macrobiotic Therapist Cert and working as Assistant chef at International Macrobiotic School.
Works as a personal Macrobiotic chef for one of Irish families and cook dinners weekly.
Carries out numbers of cooking demonstrations, catering services based on Macrobiotics in Dublin.
Planning cookery classes and setting up Macrobiotic food stall at farmers markets.
